Dr. Blanco uses a combination of neurofeedback coupled with psychotherapeutic interventions to address client issues in a holistic manner. Her emphasis is placed on the mind-body connection. The intrinsic relationship between mental, emotional and physical states is at the heart of her intervention. This approach serves to assist in the enhancement of a client’s cognitive, psychological and physiological well-being. Dr. Blanco believes that it is never too late to seek self-actualization in all key domains of life. With this in mind, she emphasizes peak performance training for those individuals that are ready to reach their optimum functioning level. Regardless of the goals of treatment, Dr. Blanco assesses each client’s case individually and creates a specific treatment plan that is designed to meet the person’s unique needs.
